Shipping and Processing
We offer free shipping to all orders. Your order will be processed in 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). The entire shipment process can take anywhere from 3 to 8 business days to arrive at your door, depending on the day of the week that you ordered and delivery destination.
You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the product is damaged or defective. Please email info@babekombucha.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will make sure to make things right for you.
